I hold an Associate degree from ITT Tech in Electronics/Computer Engineering. I am well versed in electronic theory and digital circuits.

This site is meant to be a mirror, a collection of sites organized under one site. I built this site, because I had allot of people contacting me asking me the same questions over and over again. Rather than repeating myself indefinitely, I thought I'd either email a collection of links, or make a web site. From that thought, this site was born. Originally, this started on MSN groups, but the formatting and size constrictions made it difficult to accomplish what I really wanted.

I have a different attitude than most techs I have come in contact with. Most techs, tend to take the quick and easy path. That being, sometimes, format and reinstall. I use that as a dead last resort. I strongly believe that in most cases, the solution can be found, and that by finding the solution, we truly fix the problem.

I believe in not just in fixing the problem, but education as well. Most problems are caused do to the user not being aware. I show how to prevent it, and how to fix it.
